Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days

• Amount will be credited to the original payment method

• For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or wrong product.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer size exchange within 7 days, subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable:

• Store credit will be provided, or

• Refund will be processed as per policy

🚚 Damaged or Wrong Item
